HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY C.C.No.1901 of 2025 ORDER : This contempt case is filed on the ground that the order of this Court dated 07.05.2025 in W.P.No.12626 of 2025 have been violated. 2. A reading of the order passed in W.P.No.12626 of 2025 discloses that the writ petition was disposed of recording the submission of the learned standing counsel that no applications have been received seeking for mutation from unofficial Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the writ petition. 3. In the absence of any direction of this Court, there cannot be any contempt and no contempt case can be maintained. 4. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
