In this petition, we find that the petitioner No.1, which is a minority institution, has submitted a proposal recently on 21st July 2025, for filling up of vacancies in petitioner No.2 – Junior College. 2. The proposal is admittedly pending before the respondent Nos.2 and 3. Within less than two weeks of submitting such a proposal i.e. on 03rd August 2025, the petitioners have rushed to this Court seeking certain directions on the basis of established position of law. Since the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have yet not taken any decision on the aforesaid proposal dated 21st July 2025, submitted by the petitioners, there is evidently no cause of action for the petitioners to Shrikant Malani 2025:BHC-AUG:23762-DB 929.WP.10146.2025.doc rush to this Court. 3. On this ground alone the petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed. We are assured by the learned AGP that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall take into account the settled position of law, including the position clarified in judgments and orders of this Court dated 16th November 2021, passed in Writ Petition No.2583 of 2021 and 16th December 2022, passed in Writ Petition No.6363 of 2022, while deciding the aforesaid proposal of the petitioners. 4.
