2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure-D), passed by the respondent No.2 and order dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.4.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the respondent No.4-Thasildar, proceedings in RRT (DIS) CR/786-2024-25 (Annexure-E), having considering the pendency of the suit in OS No.137 of 2018,

directed to make joint khata in respect of subject land and same was challenged before the respondent Nos.3 and 2 respectively.
4. In that view of the matter, taking into
consideration the fact that, the suit in OS No.137 of 2018 is pending consideration before the competent court and rights of the parties is to be adjudicated in the said suit, I am of the opinion that, no interference is called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
