2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the second respondent amounts to a direction for executing bond to keep peace as contemplated under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. On perusal of the impugned order, it reveals that the second respondent convened a peace committee meeting between 'A' Party and 'B' Party and the petitioner is representing 'B' Party. Both the parties have agreed to pass resolutions as follows:-

4. As far as 'Clause - iv' is concerned, the resolution has been passed between the parties as per Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is made clear that the resolution passed between the parties in the peace committee meeting has no legal sanctity. If any of the resolutions are violated by any of the parties, the aggrieved party can file a suit for violation of such resolution. Therefore, whatever resolution passed between the parties in the peace committee meeting has only an evidentiary value. Therefore, both 'A' Party and 'B' Party need not execute any bond as contemplated under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. At the same time, if any of the parties commit any illegality during the Kumbabishegam in respect of Arulmigu Sree Periyakandiyamman Annamar Thirukoil and subsequent festivals if any, the fifth respondent/ Inspector of Police, Arachalur Police Station, Modakuruchi, Erode District, is directed to take an appropriate action against them in accordance with law.
