(Oral) While placing on record instructions issued under the signatures of Kanungo, O/o Land Acquisition Collector, HPPCL, Mr. Hamender Singh Chandel, learned counsel representing the respondent states that judgment, alleged to have been violated, has already been complied with. He states that a sum of Rs. 16,05,44,854/- was deposited in the Registry of this Court on 12.12.2024 by way of Demand draft No. 145587 and thereafter, this Court, taking note of prayer made on behalf of petitioner for release of award amount, has already ordered release of amount vide order dated 21.12.2024 passed in CMP No. 25169 of 2024 in RFA No. 122 of 2017.
2. Having perused aforesaid instructions as well as documents annexed therewith, which are taken on record, this Court
2 finds that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with.
3. In view of aforesaid compliance, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Notice issued to respondent is discharged.
