ORAL ORDER Sri.Mahantesh Shettar., AGA for the respondents has appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (1) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the complaint dated 02.08.2021 produced as Annexure-E, (the third respondent not ready to give any acknowledgment but the complaint stated as per Annexure-E is already submitted to him) Complaint against the owners of land in respect of Sy.No.4 and 21/1 of Thammashetty Hally Village, Kasaba Hobli, Dodballapur Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. (2) Kindly direct the first respondent to take action against the third respondent for not registering the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. - 3 -

3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not registered the compliant made by him. If at all the petitioner has any grievance about non-registering the complaint by the third respondent, he has remedy under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C to make a complaint before the Deputy Commissioner in accordance with the law laid down by the Apex Court in PRIYANKA SRIVASTAVA VS. STATE OF U.P reported in 2015 (6) SCC 287.
