Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 (n) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 22(b) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum- Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. On 23.05.2025 at about 3.00 pm, Kotwali police on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of the petitioner. On search, 110 grams of brown sugar was recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Suraj Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7620 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
