ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.3 in completing the investigation in Cr.No.353 of 2024, dated 30-10-2024 registered against the respondents No.4 to 8 for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 64 r/w 62, 75, 79, 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and filing final report/charge sheet under Section 173 (2) of Criminal Procedure code, 1973 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to conduct investigation in Cr.No.353 of 2024, dated 30-10-2024 on the file of the Guntur Police Station, Guntur District and file final report/charge sheet forthwith and pass……”
2. Heard Ms. S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that crime has been registered in Crime No.353 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 against the unofficial respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 64 r/w 62, 75, 79, 351(2) r/w 3(5) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023. Learned counsel would further submit that the police are not finalising the investigation and not filing the charge sheet in this matter and a direction may be given to the police in that regard.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.

5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
