Petitioner is presently serving as Language Teacher in GSSS Sainj Bagra, District Mandi, H.P., whcih statedly falls under sub-cadre area categorized as difficult/rural area. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
