At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted various relevant documents against respondent No.2 before the police authorities, but those documents have not been placed before the concerned Criminal Court alongwith the supplementary charge-sheet by the Investigating Officer. He would submit that the concerned police Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- authority may be directed to place those documents before the Competent Criminal Court. 2. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has provided photocopies of those documents, and in absence of original documents, no such application or supplementary charge- sheet can be filed before the Competent Court. He would also submit that the originals of those documents have been sent for handwriting examination before the handwriting expert, and as soon as the Investigating Officer receives those documents, they will be placed before the Criminal Court. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the original documents alongwith report have been placed before the Investigating Officer. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the respective counsels, the Investigating Officer is directed to examine the issue and take appropriate steps preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this CRMP with regard to cancellation of bail, the petition is dismissed with the aforesaid directions and observations.
