UP 44 BT 6098, 6 cattle were recovered and out of six cattle, one had dead but applicants were having no concern with the alleged truck and pick up vehicle. 5. He further submitted that it was a simple case of cow slaughter act but in spite of that applicants have been made accused for the offence under Section 111 BNS and except the bald and verbal allegation, there is no evidence of organized crime against them. 6. He further submitted that however, apart from the present case, applicants are having criminal history of one another case but their criminal history has been explained in the instant bail application. 7. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case. 10. Considering the argument advanced by learned counsel for the applicants, nature of allegation levelled against the applicants and the fact that criminal history of one case of applicants has been explained in the instant bail application and they are in jail in the present matter since 16.01.2025, in my view applicants are entitled to be released on bail. 11. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant bail application is allowed. 12.
