ORAL ORDER
On the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties to the lis, this Court on 25.06.2025, had passed the following order:
“The petitioners hands over a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) only, to the respondents and the respondents acknowledges the same, subject to verification.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that another sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs) would be paid by 30.06.2025 along with the key of the premises would be handed over to the respondents. List this matter on 30.06.2025 at 4.30 p.m.”
In terms of the afore-quoted order, learned counsel for the petitioners hands over a demand draft of `4,75,000/-, a cheque of `55,000/- and the balance amount `1,70,000/- is paid by cash. He also hands over the keys of the subject property to the learned counsel for respondents.
2. Learned counsel for respondents would acknowledge the same and submits that if the cheque would be honoured, the entire liability gets absolved.

3. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the entire amount being paid by the petitioners, subject to the realization of the cheque, nothing further survives for consideration and therefore, the writ petition stands disposed.
