(ORAL) In the present petition, the challenge was to the non-grant of interim order in favour of the petitioner so as to compete for the post of Assistant District Attorney. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.12.2025 allowed the petitioner to be interviewed provisionally, which order has already been complied with. 2.
