Noutuneshwari, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of all the 9 (nine) respondents who are writ petitioners before the Writ Court. Hence, service is complete on all the respondents. [5] Learned counsel for the respondents pray for two weeks’ time for filing reply to the review petition. [6] Mrs. A. Noutuneshwari, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(Cont.Cas(C) No. 90 of 2025, submits that the application has become infructuous as new Officer has taken charge. [7] Mrs. I.
