1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.126 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal, Boudh, arising out of Kantamal P.S. Case No.73 of 2025 for commission of alleged offences under Sections 126(2)/296/115(2)/324(3)/332/351(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that taking into account the nature of allegation, punishment prescribed, it is a case of false implication. Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by the exceptional remedy of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and places on record the criminal antecedent, which runs thus:
