2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Section 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 63/65 of Copy Right Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner of selling duplicate spare parts being used in truck. He further submits that the petitioner is a bona fide businessman and he is running a shop in the name of A to Z. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition. He also submits that in identical situation one co-accused has been

granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2572 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of copyright.

Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition and the petitioner is running a shop namely A to Z and in identical situation one co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2572 of 2025, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
