Also heard Mr. M Surender Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing through online, on behalf of the respondent/applicant. 2. Admittedly, the present writ petition is filed against the interim order passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A No.779 of 2018 dated 24.01.2019. The said O.A., as per the information furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader has been transferred and numbered as W.P (AT) No.1708 of 2021, in view of the abolition of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. 3. In view of the same and as the main case is pending adjudication, this Court instead of examining the matter with reference to the interim order, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, leaving it open to both the parties to agitate their respective contentions before the learned Single Judge. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
