This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondent - Corporation to consider the representation dated 07.03.2024 marked at Annexure - D to extend the benefits of probation, six months from the date of initial appointment and extend all consequential benefits. 3. There is no dispute that the respondent is the employee in the petitioner-Corporation. Under these circumstances, the respondent shall consider the representation dated 07.03.2024 in accordance with law and shall issue appropriate endorsement to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
