Also heard Mr H Sarma, learned Government Advocate, Assam, appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5; and Mr A Bhattacharya, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant with two prayers, namely, i) Page No.# 3/3 that a correction may be allowed in the cause title to the extent that the description of the petitioner No. 1 may be allowed to be rectified from “1. Dipali Mondal, aged about 62 years, D/O- Late Sadhan Ch. Mondal, Vill-Paulpara, Ward No. 11, P.O.-Bongaigaon, P.S.-Bongaigaon, Dist.-Bongaigaon, Assam” to –“1. Dipali Mondal, aged about 62 years, Wife of- Late Ashananda Mondal, Vill-Paulpara, Ward No. 11, P.O.-Bongaigaon, P.S.-Bongaigaon, Dist.-Bongaigaon, Assam”; and ii) that the Annexure No. 10 may be allowed to be replaced by the another document, which is also a letter dated 13.08.2015, issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Bongaigaon, to the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Revenue and Disaster Management, Assam, proposing allotment of land to the applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the aforesaid mistakes were inadvertent, and in case, the corrections are allowed, the same would not have any material effect on the merits of the case projected by the writ petitioner. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party/State do not object to the aforesaid corrections being allowed. 5. In view of the above, the prayers made in this interlocutory application are allowed. 6. The description of the petitioner No. 1 shall now be read as–“1. Dipali Mondal, aged about 62 years, Wife of- Late Ashananda Mondal, Vill-Paulpara, Ward No. 11, P.O.-Bongaigaon, P.S.-Bongaigaon, Dist.-Bongaigaon, Assam , and the Annexure-10 in the writ petition shall now be replaced by the document appearing at Page-9 of the present interlocutory application. 7.
