In Re:-Withdrawal Application No.3 of 2023 This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that he does not want to press this application. The application is dismissed as not pressed. In Re:-Memo of Petition It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is Committee of Management of the institution and has filed an application dated 23.1.2023 before the District Inspector of Schools to grant permission for appointment on Class-III post. However, till date no order has been passed. He submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.3 will decide the aforesaid application in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 23.1.2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. This Court has not adjudicated on merits and the authority concerned would pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
