The instant MCC is filed for correction in order dated 03.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2742 of 2025. 2. Vide order dated 03.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2742 of 2025, this Court had disposed of the said petition. In paragraph No.6 of the said order, it has been mentioned that: "6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 08.08.2024 passed in WPS No.2738/2014.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the above Paragraph needs to be corrected as there is a typographical error. 4. Looking to the above submission, it appears that Paragraph No.6 was inadvertently typed and it is a typographical error. 3 5. It is directed that in the order dated 03.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2742 of 2025, Paragraph No.6 shall be read as under : "6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 27.05.2025 passed in WPC No.2651/2025.” 6. Accordingly, the instant MCC is disposed of in above terms.
