The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accordingly submitted that the present contempt case as well as the connected miscellaneous application can be closed. Mr. Lungmi Ragu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the authority and as such, the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the same.
