The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1395 of 2025, S.T. Case No.493 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi. It was submitted that ten live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Rohit Khalkho has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. 7228/2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi, in connection with Chanho P.S.
