The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275 of the B.N.S. and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma. 3. On 12.08.2025, Jainagar Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the grocery shop of the petitioner and seized 56 liters of English liquor from there. 4. It was submitted that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
