JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 16.12.2025 Ms. D Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that against the order dated 10.10.2025, the petitioner has already approached the appellate authority. 2. The learned counsel further submits that though the petitioner was blacklisted, but there was no answer in the affidavit-in-opposition insofar as the challenge to the communication dated 02.07.2025. 3. However, Mr. K Kalita, the learned Standing Counsel of the OIL submitted that as regards the contract with the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 the same had already been cancelled and in that regard a communication has been placed before this Court dated 12.12.2025. The same is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. 4. Ms. D Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, therefore, would not like to further press the instant writ petition, but the withdrawal of the instant writ petition should not prejudice the petitioner to assail the communication dated 12.12.2025, if so advised.
