The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 21, 22, 27 & 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS cases, Chatra. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2733 of 2025 by order dated 07.04.2025. 4. On 27.10.2024, Chatra Sadar police apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused person. On search, 410 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though charge-sheet has been submitted, but the learned Trial Court has not taken cognizance for want of FSL report. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. . Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
