This petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner namely, Ratan Sut, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Ghilamora P.S. Case No. 39/2025, registered under Section 118(2) of BNS (corresponding to GR No. 126/2025). 3. FIR dated 22.10.2025 was lodged with allegation that the informant was working in the farmhouse on 21.10.2025 at about 8 Pm on the way to Meleki to Loumaritika road, the accused assaulted him with one Khamti Dao randomly due to which he sustained grievous injury on his hand, back and head. 4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the medical report reveals grievous injury caused by sharp weapon. The two other witnesses stated to be eyewitnesses have also implicated the petitioner. 5. In the given circumstances, it may not be a fit case for grant of pre arrest bail. 6.
