The Advocates for the respective parties had submitted a Joint Purshish dated 08.04.2025 and had submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 04.04.2025 which was taken on record. This Court, vide order dated 08.04.2025 had passed an order for release of the Defendant vessel after receipt of USD 2,200,000 (United States Dollars Two Million, Two Hundred Thousand Only) with the Registry of this Court and thereafter the said amount was to be transferred to the Bank Amount of the Plaintiff. 3. It is submitted by the Advocates for the respective parties C/AS/12/2025 ORDER DATED: 01/05/2025 that the said amount was received by the Registry of this Court on 11.04.2025 and thereafter the Defendant Vessel was released. The Registry has thereafter transferred the funds to the account of the Plaintiff. 4. The Learned Advocate for the plaintiff has submitted a Withdrawal Purshish dated 01.05.2025 and has stated that the matter is settled between the parties and thereby seeks permission to withdraw the present Suit. The said Purshish is directed to be taken on record and shall form part of this order. Learned Advocate for the defendant Vessel has no objection if the permission as sought for is granted. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present suit stands disposed of as withdrawn on account of the disputes being settled. 5.
