1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. At the time of call Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner submits that writ petition has become infructuous in view of disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner in terms of Rule 49 of the West Bengal District Court (Constitution of Service, Recruitment, Appointment, Probation and Discipline of Employees) Rules, 2015.
3. On behalf of the petitioner copy of memo of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta dated 23rd December, 2025 addressed
2 to the petitioner is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.
4. From the said memo dated 23rd December, 2025 it appears that appeal preferred by the petitioner was rejected by the decision dated 2nd December, 2025 of the Hon’ble Administrative Committee which was approved by the Full Court by circulation.
5. In view of disposal of the appeal writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the order passed in appeal preferred by the petitioner.
7. It is made clear that Court has not decided the issue on merit.
8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
