1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Departmental Inquiry which was initiated in the year 2019 has not been concluded till date and he filed his representation on 01.07.2024 which has also not been decided by the respondent No.1. The another grievance of the petitioner is that to grant of annual increment since
2019. He would further submits that the respondent No.1 may be

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State has no objection if a direction is being given to the respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 10.07.2024 filed by the petitioner at an early stage.
3. On due consideration and the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent No.1 Collector, Raipur, District Raipur is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2024 Annexure P-2 within the period of 03 months from the receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
5. Petitioner is directed to apprise the concerned authority about this
