The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 551 of 2025 arising out of Pithoria P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 109, 115(2)/117(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and after dismissal of his earlier bail application, a development took place, whereby the co-accused having same and similar allegation has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6123 of 2025 on 08.09.2025. He further submits that for no offence he is lying in custody since 08.04.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and looking to the allegations, coupled with the fact that the co- accused has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. Case No. 551 of 2025 arising out of Pithoria P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against the Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
