Rakhi Walia Vs. Chaksh Deep Sood CMP(M) No.1990 of 2024 24.04.2025 Present: Mr. H.S. Rangra, Advocate, for the applicant- appellant. None for respondent, though duly served. Since there was no legally constituted appeal on 20.12.2024, therefore, no interim order, more particularly maintaining of status qua, could have been passed. Accordingly, interim order dated 20.12.2024 is vacated. For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly paras 2 to 4 thereof, we find sufficient cause having been carved out, which prevented the applicant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the delay of 32 days that has crept in filing of the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of. FAO(FC) No. _____ of 2025 Appeal be registered. Issue notice to the respondent returnable for 29.05.2025, on taking steps within a period of five days. CMP No.1663 of 2025 Notice in the aforesaid terms.
