2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set aside impugned the impugned F.I.R. bearing crime no. 62/2024 dated 07.05.2024 registered under sections 306 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and if any consequential criminal proceedings against the petitioners (Annexure P/1) is apparently bad in law, as such liable to be set aside by this Hon’ble Court.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned.
