The learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is a case in counter against the defacto complainant registered in Crime No.90 of 2025 for the offence under Section 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of B.N.S. 3. It is seen that the case in Crime No.89 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offence under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (PoA) Amenment Act, 2015 along with other IPC offences. 4. It is settled proposition of law that while hearing the bail application of an accused involving SC/ST Case, the victim must be heard, whereas, in this appeal, the appellant has not impleaded the victim of this case. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.RC.No.323 of 2025 5. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 6.
