Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Ms. D. Musahary, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department. During the course of deliberation, Ms. Musahary has produced one letter dated 18.11.2025, issued by the Principal, Asimia Higher Secondary School addressing the Inspector of Schools, SDC, Sribhumi and on the basis of the said letter, she submits that the grievance being sought to be addressed in this petition has already been addressed by the respondent authorities. Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner also on instruction submits that the petitioner has received all the benefits, which he had prayed for in this petition. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition stands closed.
