JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER 10.12.2025 The present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 is filed praying for condonation of delay of 131 days in preferring the connected appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 07.02.2023 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal no. 2, Kamrup [M], Guwahati [‘the Tribunal’] in MAC Case no. 707/2020. Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1. The main reasons for the delay which has occurred in preferring the connected appeal has been reflected in paragraph nos. 4, 5 & 6 of the application. This Court has gone through paragraph nos. 4, 5 & 6 of the application and has found that sufficient cause for delay has been shown. Accordingly, the delay of 131 days which has occurred in preferring the connected appeal is condoned. The interlocutory application stands allowed. The Registry shall register the appeal and thereafter list the appeal for admission hearing on 15.12.2025. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
