Shri Sharad Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit having O.S. No. 313 of 1995 filed by the petitioners was allowed vide judgment and order dated 20.12.2010. Thereafter, the private respondents filed an appeal against the aforesaid judgment and order before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Basti. The said appeal has been dismissed by the First Appellate Court. In view of aforesaid situation, the petitioners do not want to press the present writ petition at this stage.
