ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents particularly the 5th and 6th Respondents in not filing charge sheet in F.I.R.No.283/2024 dated 06.09.2024 for the offences under section 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th and 6th Respondents to forthwith file the Charge Sheet in FIR.No.283/2024 dated 06.09.2024 for the offences under section 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and be pleased to pass.”
2. Heard Sri S.Rama Lakshmana Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 to file charge sheet in FIR No.283/2024, before the Badvel Urban Police Station, Kadapa for the offences under section 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and requested this Court that appropriate orders may be passed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the concerned to file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to complete the investigation in FIR.No.283 of 2024 and
file charge sheet in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No
order as to costs.
