On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a consolidated sum of Rs.11,80,000/-(Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty Thousand) as compensation. 3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the modified award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimant on such proportion to be decided by the Tribunal. 4. The statutory amount deposited, if any, shall be refunded to the Appellant-Insurance Company. 5. The appeal is disposed of. 6.
