Das, learned Page No.# 2/2 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam, submits that the charge sheet in respect of the instant case has been laid, vide Charge Sheet No. 168/2025, dated 10.11.2025. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to approach the appropriate Court to file its appropriate remedy. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. However, the interim order dated 27.10.2025, allowing the petitioner to be released on interim pre-arrest bail be extended for another 15 (fifteen) days, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate Court. 5.
