The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 16.7.2019 passed by this Court in First Appeal From Order No. 1946 of 2019. It is the claim of the applicant that on 13.2.2024 the opposite party has executed a sale-deed, which is in disobedience of the order dated 16.7.2019. The validity of the sale-deed is dependent on the operation of Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. The act of the opposite party does not by itself substantially interfere nor does it tend to interfere with the course of justice. It is not a case for proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 in view of Section 13(a). The contempt application is dismissed.
