The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 4 & 6 are interfering with their possession and enjoyment of land of an extent of Ac.0.77 cents in Sy.No.431/5; Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.384/1B1/2 and Ac.0.20 cents in Sy.No.384/1B1/1 of Settypalli Village, Baireddypalli Mandal, Chittoor District without following due process as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Smt. Y. Mahalakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghu Veer, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4 & 6 and Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appeared for respondent No.5. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the then Tahsildar issued DKT pattas to the petitioners vide DKT No.158/4/1422, dated 10.10.2012 and DKT.No.160/4/1422 dated 10.10.2012 in respect of Ac.0.77 cents in Sy.No.431-5 and Ac.1.95 cents in Sy.No.384/85 respectively. Respondent No.4 updated the Record of Rights. The petitioners 2 & 3 are sisters, and in the partition, the 2nd petitioner got Ac.1.00 cents. Be that as it may, respondents 4 & 6, without issuing any notice, are trying to dispossess the petitioners. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appeared for respondents 4 & 6 are not interfering with the petitioners’ possession of the property. The same is recorded. 5.
Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 4 & 6 not to interfere with an extent of Ac.0.77 cents in Sy.No.431/5; Ac.1.00 cents
