The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 4.3.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.34101 of 2015. Writ Petition No.34101 of 2015 was filed by the applicant for compliance of the order dated 15.2.2014 passed by the concerned authority. In its order dated 4.3.2024, the Court has recorded that the grievance of the petitioner/applicant has already been addressed. The order dated 15.2.2014 noted that the monetory claims of the petitioner/applicant have already been met and no further amount was to be paid to the applicant. The applicant has filed the present contempt application pleading that the amount has not been paid in full. The contempt application is not maintainable in light of the observations made by the Court in its order dated 4.3.2024 and also in the order dated 15.2.2014 passed by the concerned authority. The application is dismissed. The applicant has other remedies in law which he may exercise, if so advised.
