Ms. U Das, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2024 in WP(C)/4831/2022, the District Commissioner, South Salmara-Mankachar district has passed a speaking order dated 29.01.2026 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of her fair price shop in the database concerned. 2. On a perusal of the said speaking order dated 29.01.2026, this Court finds that the same has been so issued in compliance with the directions passed by this Court vide the order dated 04.11.2024. Accordingly, there being no further violation of the directions passed by this Court vide the order dated 04.11.2024, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to assail the speaking order dated 29.01.2026 by way of filing an appropriate application. 3.
