GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a Writ Order or direction, particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus,declaring the actions of the Respondents in non-registering the FIR based on the complaint given by me dated 30.06.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural Justice and also violations of Article 14, 19(1)(a) and21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.5 to register the FIR against the culprits mentioned in the report and pass.…” 2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the representation dated 02.07.2025 of the petitioner which was sent through Public Grievance Redressal System, the 6th respondent called both parties for preliminary enquiry, where it came to known that the petitioner and the one Mr. Sarath is having civil disputes and that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute. 3. Sri Chalasani Venkat, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes. There shall be no order as to costs.
