It is alleged in the FIR that recovery of alleged contraband article containing commercial quantity of poppy straw was effected from an abandoned vehicle. The present petitioner has been implicated solely on the information of co- accused- Satish and on the basis of his fast-tag which was found

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and has submitted the factual report, the same is taken on record. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact commercial quantity of poppy straw was recovered from the vehicle, which after investigation found to be of co-accused Satish.
