When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police have not received any complaint/representation from the petitioner to register a case against the respondent Nos.4 to 7, further after filing of the present petition and on receipt of the affidavit of the present petition, the Police have enquired into it and found that it is purely a civil dispute and they have not registered any crime against the respondent Nos.2 to 7 and requested to dispose of the matter. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum. 2. 3. 4. same 5.
