pursuant to the orders of the 2nd respondent dated 18.11.2024, the 3rd respondent has directed the Tahsildar, Singarayakonda to reinstate the petitioner as fair price shop dealer of shop No.0856017, Kalikivai village, Singarayakonda mandal and the 3rd respondent has also directed the District Supply Officer, Ongole to supply essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop. 5. As the petitioner’s dealership of the fair price shop No.0856017, Kalikivai village, Singarayakonda mandal was restored by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 21.08.2025, this Court feels it appropriate to set-aside the impugned endorsement dated 28.05.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent.
