Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021(S), for the offences under Sections 366-A, 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Miss Kavitanjali Toppo, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 16 years old minor daughter of the informant had left her lawful guardianship due to some family dispute. It appears that the victim came into contact with the petitioner, who forced her into prostitution. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two of the co- accused persons, who have faced separate trial, have been acquitted. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
