ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ order orders and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in interfering with our peaceful possession and enjoyment over land in an extent of Ac. 0.87 cents in survey number 143/1 of Chinnagadili Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, High handedly at the instance of respondents 4 to 6, which is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 6 not to interfere or dispossess the petitioners from their land in an extent of ac. 0.87 cents in survey number 143/1, of Chinnagadili village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District…”
2. None appeared for the petitioners, though the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal. There was no representation for the petitioners today, as well as on the previous adjournment. 3.
